An apartment building is a different job from a house. Residents are home, the building runs on the commercial building code, unit entry doors off a corridor are often fire-rated, and the owner wants a bid that breaks out by building, floor and unit. We measure every opening in person, order the building as one package so colors and glass match, and install unit by unit so no unit is left open overnight.
Before we bid a building of five or more units, we check the city's contractor licensing and permit rules for that job. Certificates of insurance and a W-9 are available on request. Send photos for a reply within one business day, or book a free in-home estimate and walkthrough.
