A foundation dug to the wrong depth, a lot cleared without a plan for the stumps, or backfill pushed in wet and uncompacted shows up years later as a settled garage slab or a wet basement. We clear, dig, backfill and grade for new homes, additions, garages, pole barns and driveways, and we call Gopher State One Call before every dig.
