ProVia Windows for an Apartment Building — Endure, Aspect, ecoLite
You want a made-to-order vinyl window for the building and need to know which ProVia line fits a rental budget and which fits the cold side.
Reply within one business day. Or call / text 763-204-2099.
ProVia windows apartment building owners can order come in three vinyl lines: Endure (foam-filled, triple-pane upgrades), Aspect (mid-range) and ecoLite (white, value). Every ProVia window is made to order, so JMB Builders measures every opening in every unit before the order, then installs unit by unit across the Twin Cities metro to St. Cloud. Priced per opening. Photo reply within one business day, or a free walkthrough.
- Priced per opening, listed by unit
- Made to order: every opening measured
- Three vinyl lines on one bid

ProVia builds every window to order for its opening and sells through dealers and building-supply distributors, not home centers. That makes the measure the most important step on a building: each opening in each unit is measured in person, because a made-to-order unit that is wrong cannot be swapped off a shelf.
Three ProVia vinyl lines fit apartment work. Endure is the premium one: a welded 3 1/4-inch SunShield vinyl frame with foam insulation and INNERGY thermal reinforcements, ComforTech DLA-UV glass standard, triple-pane upgrades and Profile DA dual-action locks on double-hungs. Aspect is the mid-range line in White, Beige or Sandstone. ecoLite is the value line, white only, which ProVia pitches for rental properties.
ProVia is on ABC Supply's window list, but branch stock varies, so we confirm the line with our ABC branch before the bid is final. Before we bid, we check the city's contractor licensing and permit rules for that building.

How it is priced: per opening
Quoted in writing from your photos, with a reply within one business day. What moves the number:
- Line: Endure, Aspect or ecoLite
- Triple-pane or upgraded ComforTech glass
- Painted exterior colors or woodgrain interiors on Endure
- Style mix: double-hung, slider, casement, picture
- Pocket replacement or full frame with nailing fin
- Matching sliding patio doors for balcony units
- Upper floors that need staging
Send elevation photos, a typical unit's windows inside and out, and the unit count. ProVia units are built to the measure, so the measure is in person.
How long it takes
Lead time depends on the brand and is written on the quote. Once the made-to-order units arrive, a unit typically takes one to two working days.

Situations and options
Endure
Foam-filled frame with INNERGY reinforcements, ComforTech DLA-UV glass standard and triple-pane upgrades. White, Beige or Sandstone, or painted exterior colors.
Aspect
Mid-range vinyl in White, Beige or Sandstone with ComforTech Low-E argon glass on a warm-edge spacer. Matching two-, three- and four-lite sliding patio doors.
ecoLite
ProVia's value line: white vinyl only, with a two-panel white sliding patio door. Built for rentals and budget-driven buildings.
Two lines, one bid
Endure on the north and west elevations, Aspect or ecoLite elsewhere. Colors are checked side by side first so the building still reads as one.
ProVia Windows for an Apartment Building — Endure, Aspect, ecoLite: questions, answered
Which ProVia window line is best for an apartment building?
It depends on the budget and the exposure. ecoLite is ProVia's white value line aimed at rentals, Aspect is the mid-range line in three colors, and Endure is the foam-filled premium line with triple-pane upgrades. We can price two lines on the same opening list.
Why do ProVia windows need an in-person measure for every unit?
ProVia builds each window to order for its opening. If a size is wrong, there is no shelf unit to swap in. We measure every opening in every unit ourselves, and because our measure sets the size, a sizing error is ours to correct.
Can ProVia Endure windows be ordered in triple-pane?
Yes. Endure ships with ComforTech DLA-UV dual-pane glass, and ProVia offers triple-pane ComforTech packages as upgrades. Package names and ratings are confirmed on the quote.
Where do you get ProVia windows for a building?
ProVia sells through dealers and building-supply distributors, and it is on ABC Supply's window list. Branch stock varies, so we confirm the line with our ABC branch before the bid is final. We are an installer, not a ProVia dealer.
Does ProVia's warranty apply to a rental building?
ProVia's window warranties are written around the owner of the home, and the terms for a rental or association building should be read in ProVia's current warranty document. We hand the owner that document with the bid. The warranty terms are ProVia's, not ours.
Do ProVia windows come with a patio door for balcony units?
Yes. Endure, Aspect and ecoLite each have a matching vinyl sliding patio door, so balcony doors can go on the same order with the same color and glass.
