Masonite, headquartered in Tampa, Florida, is one of the largest door manufacturers in the world. Owens Corning completed its acquisition of Masonite on May 15, 2024 (about $3.9 billion, $133 per share), and Masonite's residential interior and exterior doors now make up Owens Corning's Doors segment. Owens Corning took a large goodwill impairment on the Doors segment in 2025, but in its February 2026 results it said it is integrating the Doors business, and the residential doors continue under the Masonite name with no announced sale.
Masonite's exterior fiberglass collections include Belleville, Barrington, Heritage, VistaGrande, and Oakcraft, alongside HD and Sta-Tru steel doors. The fiberglass doors are offered as the Masonite Performance Door System, which treats the square-edge slab, frame, Z-articulating cap sill, weatherstrip, and corner pads as one engineered unit and carries a 10-year limited full-replacement warranty. Many configurations are ENERGY STAR certified.
