Eze-Breeze and similar systems are vertical sliding panels of flexible vinyl in an aluminum frame, usually in a 4-track setup so three panels stack and you can open most of the opening. They are not insulated glass windows. They keep out rain, wind, pollen and bugs and stretch the porch season in spring and fall. That is what makes a screen porch a three season porch.
The panels are made to the opening size, so the openings have to be measured right and have to be square, level and solid. Most screen porches were framed for screen stops, not window frames: posts out of plumb, a sill that slopes the wrong way, a header that sags. We check that first, fix the framing and add a sill or blocking where the frames need it, then measure for the order.
When you already ordered panels, we install them to the maker's instructions and seal and trim them. When the old panels on a three season porch are yellowed, cracked or the tracks are broken, we replace them with new panels made to the same openings. How long it takes
Most porch panel installs take one to three days once the panels arrive. Custom panels are made to order, so the wait is mostly the order.

Do you install Eze-Breeze porch windows in Minnesota?
Yes. We install Eze-Breeze and other vinyl 4-track panels in screen porches across the Twin Cities and north metro. We can install panels you ordered or order them for you. The openings get squared and framed first so the panels slide right.
Can you replace the windows on my three season porch?
Yes. Yellowed, cracked or stuck vinyl panels are replaced with new panels made to the same openings. If you want real insulated windows instead, that is a bigger job with framing and trim, and we quote both so you can compare.
Are Eze-Breeze panels the same as windows?
No. They are flexible vinyl panels in sliding aluminum frames, not insulated glass. They block rain, wind and pollen and extend the porch season, but they do not make the porch a heated room.
Can I install vinyl porch panels in any screen porch?
Most, once the openings are square, level and solid. Screen porches are often framed loose, so posts and sills get fixed first. Panels are made to size, so an opening that is out of square has to be fixed before you measure for the order.
Do you install porch panels I already bought?
Yes, labor only. Send the order sheet and photos of the openings before they arrive and we check the sizes. If an opening needs framing to match the panel, we tell you and quote it.
Do I need a permit to add porch panels?
It depends on the city and the job. Panels in an existing screen porch often do not, but some cities ask. JMB pulls the permit when a job needs one.
