Thermo-Tech Windows builds vinyl windows and patio doors at 1120 38th Avenue NE in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, about an hour up Highway 10 from the Twin Cities. Its dealer network of more than 500 lumberyards and contractors covers Minnesota, Wisconsin, North and South Dakota, Iowa, Michigan, Illinois and Indiana. Every unit is built to order for the opening, in increments as fine as 1/16 inch for replacement work. Thermo-Tech has operated since 1993; Harvey Building Products bought it in 2018, and Cornerstone Building Brands (which also owns Simonton) acquired Harvey and Thermo-Tech in April 2024.
All Thermo-Tech windows ship with double-strength, high-performance Low-E argon-filled insulated glass as standard, with LoE-366 and the Energy Guard triple-pane packages as upgrades, and the company backs them with a limited lifetime warranty (confirm current terms with the dealer at ordering). JMB Builders is an independent installer, not a Thermo-Tech dealer: we order through a local dealer or install the units you buy, across the Twin Cities metro.
