Pick full service when you want one contractor responsible for the whole job: the product, the fit, the install and the finish. We come out, measure every opening, and write an itemized price. When you say go, we order the units, and the same crew that measured them installs them and trims them out.

We come to the house, measure every opening, and go through styles, brands and trim with you. You get a written, itemized price before we leave, or a reply within one business day on photo requests. No obligation.

What happens on install day
- The crew arrives with the units, trim and flashing on the truck; nothing is ordered until the measure is done.
- One opening at a time: the old unit comes out, the rough opening is checked and any rot in the sill or jack studs is repaired.
- The new unit is set square, shimmed, fastened and flashed for Minnesota weather, then foamed and sealed.
- Interior and exterior trim goes on the same day, so nothing is left for you to patch or paint around.
- Old units and packaging are hauled away and the work area is vacuumed before we leave.
Painting or staining of new trim is quoted as its own line, so you can take it or leave it.

How does a free in-home estimate work?
You pick a time, we come to the house, look at every opening you want done, measure, and talk through styles, brands and trim. You get a written, itemized price for the job. If you would rather not schedule a visit, send photos of each window or door inside and out and you get a reply within one business day.
How much does full-service window replacement cost in the Twin Cities?
It depends on the number of openings, the window style and brand, insert versus full-frame, and how much trim is involved. We do not publish prices because the same window costs different amounts in different walls. The estimate is free, in writing, and itemized per opening, with painting as its own line.
Which window and door brands do you install?
Andersen, Pella, ProVia, Therma-Tru, Simonton, Thermo-Tech, MI, Ply Gem and more. We are not tied to any brand, so we order whichever line suits the house and the budget, and we install the brand you already bought just as readily.
Can you replace windows in the winter?
Yes. We install year-round in Minnesota, one opening at a time, so the house is never open for long. Product lead times are often shorter in the off-season.
How long does whole-house window replacement take?
Once the units arrive, most houses are done in one to three days on site. The lead time on the order is the long part, and the estimate says what to expect for the line you choose.
How do I pay?
By check or direct deposit, against a written invoice from JMB Builders LLC. No payment links.
