JMB Builders is one crew working 25 trades under Minnesota residential building contractor license BC809005. We install every window and door brand and sell none, so a builder, a window company and a GC can all hand us the same scope without a conflict. The work is priced per unit, per house or per project, in writing, before anyone is on site.
Scopes we take
- Window and door installs on new construction, remodels and insurance jobs
- Trim packages: casing, base, crown, cased openings, interior doors, stair parts
- Siding, exterior trim, roofing and insulation scopes
- Drywall, painting, flooring and tile on turnovers and finishes
- Punch lists and callbacks for window companies
How we work with you

- Certificate of insurance and MN license BC809005 with the quote
- One crew, scheduled to your dates, with early notice if anything shifts
- Invoiced per unit, per house or per project; paid by check or direct deposit
